Fix: Remove game.map
The map will change with each run of aquasim so it doesn't make sense to hold
it in git.

Fix: Replace SetDebugFilter()-location
In main(), the function SetDebugFilter() won't handle debug-messages which are
happened before main() is called (See global allocations like AquaSimEngine -
ase) SetDebugFilter() was now placed in the constructor of AquaSimEngine.

Missing soundfiles were added (keyclick.ogg and typewriter.ogg)

Feat: Add dynamic console-height
The console height can now be changed by command. The display-dimensions are
resized automatically.
Some console commands have been reworked.

An own CA-map was added which is smaller than the regular field-array.
Added a simple command-line interpreter.
