The map will change with each run of aquasim so it doesn't make sense to hold it in git.

Fix: Replace SetDebugFilter()-location

In main(), the function SetDebugFilter() won't handle debug-messages which are happened before main() is called (See global allocations like AquaSimEngine - ase) SetDebugFilter() was now placed in the constructor of AquaSimEngine.

Feat: Add dynamic console-height

The console height can now be changed by command. The display-dimensions are resized automatically. Some console commands have been reworked.
